Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pat the salmon filet dry with a paper towel and place on a plate or cutting board.
- Press the flesh side of the salmon (and sides) with the Everything Bagel seasoning to create a crust and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Depending on if the brand of Everything Bagel seasoning includes salt, you may want to add more salt.
- Bake the salmon for 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the filet or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove the sheet pan from the oven.
- Make the cucumber salad by adding all of the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently tossing with a spoon or tongs to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate the salmon and cucumber with a side of kimchi, serve and enjoy!
