Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pat the salmon filet dry with a paper towel and place on a plate or cutting board.
  2. Press the flesh side of the salmon (and sides) with the Everything Bagel seasoning to create a crust and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Depending on if the brand of Everything Bagel seasoning includes salt, you may want to add more salt.
  3. Bake the salmon for 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the filet or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove the sheet pan from the oven.
  4. Make the cucumber salad by adding all of the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently tossing with a spoon or tongs to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Plate the salmon and cucumber with a side of kimchi, serve and enjoy!
