Carly Knowles
Menopause Weight Loss Dietitian & Cookbook Author
Carly Knowles, MS, RDN, LD is a master's-educated registered dietitian, health coach, and cookbook author of The Nutritionist's Kitchen.
She earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University, the oldest accredited natural medicine college in the United States. She has since worked in ICUs, diabetes, and weight management clinics before starting her own practice as a clinical dietitian focused in weight loss, women's health, and menopause.
Carly has been featured in global media such as SHAPE magazine, CNN, FOX News, Yahoo, mindbodygreen, Barre3, The Smithsonian, Northeastern University, along with many others, and has worked in partnership with healthy food brands such as Organic Valley, NOW Foods, La Croix, and more.
When she's not busy serving her nutrition clients or developing new metabolism-boosting recipes, she's playing with her two children, August and Louise, or eating something delicious with her husband, Tom in Portland, Oregon where she lives.

Carmen Shah, INHC created and sold a successful 18-year event planning company, Ella Events, in Portland, Oregon to pursue her passion of food and nutrition, and to empower women to nourish their mind, body, and soul through the perimenopause years and beyond.
She earned a certification in Nutrition Science from Stanford University's Center for Health Education as well as a Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She incorporates the wisdom of the Akashic Records and Aroma-Point Therapy as well to support women in stepping further into their “Radiant Knowing”.
Carmen delights in creating gatherings, celebrations, and simple everyday rituals to stay grounded. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, Anand and twin girls, Anais and Amara. You will often find them biking around town, visiting the farmer's markets and exploring the great NW in their teardrop camper.
