Adaptogenic Hot Chocolate

- In a small saucepan over low-to-medium heat, add all of the ingredients except for the 70% dark chocolate.
- While the hot chocolate is heating, use a handheld milk frother or immersion blender to carefully mix the ingredients together until fully combined and foaming.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a special mug. Using a microplane, shave some dark chocolate on top (optional) and drink warm.
